...Making Photoshop 7.0 Brush sets...
The
beauty of Photoshop 7 is that you can do just about anything when
it comes to making brushes... BUT... the question some of you may
have asked is "How on Earth do I save the brushes after
I created all those special settings...???" So, I figured
it's time I set up a small tutorial.
Note:
This tutorial assumes that you know how to define and save brushes
(brush sets) in Photoshop and that you know how to play and change
the various Photoshop 7 presets.
OK
- begin here:
1.
Create an image:

2.
Define it as a regular brush:

3.
Now go the brush presets dialogue box and change whatever presets
you wish (note that the image below only shows one preset, but in
essence many presets were played with. Read more on what each presets
can do here
and also here).

4.
Test your brush:

5.
Once you are satisfied with all your presets open the brush presets
dialogue box again and below there is a tiny button that creates
a new brush (defines) out of your new settings:

6.
Now you will find the new brush listed in the brush palette. Just
save it like you save other brushes.
And
that's it!
