These brushes were created using either Photoshop 6.0 or 7.0. The Photoshop 7.0 brushes have PS7 written on the preview image. PS6 brushes will work in PS7 but won't work in older versions of PS or in PSP. PS7 brushes will only work in PS7.
If you have PS6 and want to use the PS7 sets or you don't have PS6 or PS7, you can use the image packs next to each brush preview. They contain images that were made of the contents of the brush sets and you will have to define them on your own. This means you will need to know how to make brushes in photoshop, paintshop pro or whatever other graphic program you are using.
